NEMT On Call Driver

Go Ride, LLC is seeking a dedicated and reliable Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver to join our team in the Houma, LA area. The successful candidate will work on a 7-day on, 7-day off rotation, providing safe and timely transportation for patients to and from medical appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous and professional transportation services to patients
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring their safety and comfort
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle
• Follow scheduled routes and adhere to time schedules
• Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, medical staff, and passengers
• Be available on-call 24/7 during your scheduled 7-day shift

Requirements:

• Valid Louisiana Class D Chauffeurs license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor
• Familiarity with the Houma, LA area and surrounding communities
• CPR and First Aid certification (training provided if needed)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Flexibility to work on-call and adapt to changing schedules
