We are currently hiring for our next National Key Accounts Manager, based in Phoenix, AZ.

The National Account Manager’s primary responsibility is to identify, maintain, and grow revenue with national enterprise level clients, in a specific market vertical for short and long-term value to the Company.  The goal is to create recurring revenue opportunities that last many years. 

You'll create a master list of key accounts all within a specific vertical market and develop long-term relationships that translate to billable project opportunities maximizing the Company’s service offerings.

National Account Client Characteristics Include:

  • Excellent opportunity for recurring revenue
  • Relatively short sales cycle from proposal to project execution
  • Multi-site locations and/or projects
  • Annual revenue opportunity of $500k +
  • Value a relationship-based business approach versus low-bidder philosophy

Performance Metrics:

  • Annual revenue
    • Year one $1.8m
    • Year two $3m
    • Year three $4m
    • Year four $5m+
    • A portfolio of not more than 25 target accounts
    • Create and maintain a detailed client portfolio in Salesforce
    • Job profitability of not less than 65% G/P
    • Maintain a current forecast of revenue by client

Additional Performance Metrics:

  • Know all key decision makers who can approve projects
  • Understand client budget cycles
  • Establish long lasting relationships across the organization
  • Clear understanding of client organizational chart
  • Knowledge of upcoming work/project opportunities
  • Utilize our CSR Program to maintain daily client support—including proposals
  • Understand and articulate vertical market conditions/opportunities with the Company
  • Become an industry expert (subject matter expert in the vertical market) as to the adoption of 3d technology within the vertical market
