Multi-Family Property Accountant

The Internacional Team is seeking a motivated individual to provide management with meaningful financial information by researching and analyzing accounts: performing transactions: verify data: preparing financial statements and reports.

Requires understanding of bookkeeping policies and procedures relative to property accounting for Multi-Family Residential real estate. Experience required in General Accounting to include Bank Reconciliations, Journal Entries and Account Reconciliations. Must have above average computer skills, be able to navigate excel and be organized.
