Job Overview:

Reporting to the Regional General Manager of Operations and Special Projects, the MS Dynamics Specialist/ Developer is responsible for design, implementation, and optimization of our next-generation customer database, player tracking and rewards system. This role will work collaboratively with internal stakeholder groups to ensure the completed project meets and exceeds industry standards.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Insights, Sales, Journey, Dataverse, Power BI) to align with business needs.
  • Support data migration, integration, and testing of player tracking and loyalty features.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless implementation and user adoption.
  • Develop and optimize player segmentation, loyalty tiers, and comping strategies within the CRM.
  • Provide user training and documentation to enable effective system usage by casino staff.
  • Troubleshoot and enhance CRM functionality, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.

· Oversee project budgets, ensuring that they are adhered to and that any necessary adjustments are made.

· Prepare and lead project development meetings with Ownership Group.

· Develop and maintain relationships with other stakeholders involved in the casino operations.

· Assess the impact of the integration on the business and leads design and execution of plans to preserve and create value.

· Proactively identify and address real and potential system integrity issues at user and data usage/protection level.

· Stays up to date on industry trends and best practices, applying that knowledge to proactively improve and adapt applied processes and methodologies.

· Ensure data and general safety procedures are in place and that all work is conducted in compliance with applicable regulations.

· May have to occasionally operate motor vehicle/be able to travel to and from different locations.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS)
  • Accreditation/Certification in Microsoft Dynamics Suites (Customer Insights, Sales, Journey, Dataverse, Power BI) required
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics Suites (Customer Insights, Sales, Journey, Dataverse, Power BI); specific experience in implementation and customization considered an asset.
  • Experience integrating third-party casino management systems considered an asset.

· Minimum of five (5) years management experience in the Casino/Gaming industry considered an asset.

  • Project Management experience considered an asset.
  • Implementation and management of loyalty programs and customer databases considered an asset.

Skills and Abilities:

· Ability to analyze player data and develop effective segmentation and marketing strategies.

· Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

· Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and training users.

· Strong knowledge of the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission Terms & Conditions and Operating Guidelines is preferred but not required.

· Experience reviewing, understanding, managing, and discussing monthly financial results.

· Effective delivery of data analysis and financial/cost reviews using Excel.

· Proven leadership qualities of impeccable integrity, honesty, and ethical behaviours.

· Sound judgement, common sense, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and diplomacy.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication abilities.

· Must be a team player and demonstrate appreciation and successes of the entire team.

· Ability to expertly manage multiple projects and deadlines.

· High degree of detail and accuracy.

· Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements:

· Must be able to work in Canada legally without sponsorship or further support for the estimated duration of the project.

· Must be able to provide clean criminal background (PIC),

· May be required obtain AGLC licenses and certifications.
