NYC MOVING COMPANY SEEKING FULL TIME MOVERS

Metropolis Moving is looking for energetic people to join our team of professional movers. We're dedicated to our customers' satisfaction with courteous and professional service, and we expect to carry out this level of service with the help of you -- our awesome employees. We recognize this is a tough job and wish to create the best working environment for our guys as possible. We also give very fair compensation compared to the rest of the NYC moving industry. We're a small company, so don't expect the faceless treatment you get from the big guys!

Requirements --

* You are able to work with a variable, often last minute schedule.
* You are physically fit, able to lift heavy objects, and ready for lots of lifting and stairs (this is a physically intense job).
* Experience in the moving industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
* You are on time and reliable.
* You have great customer service skills.
* You are able to work well with others as a team.
* You have a valid drivers license and clean driving record (CDL not required).*
* Previous experience driving box trucks, in NYC in particular is a plus, but not a requirement.
* Basic carpentry skills a plus (there is use of basic tools for furniture disassembly/assembly etc.)
