Mortgage Post Closer

We are looking for an experienced post closer to join our team. .The Mortgage Post Closer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of mortgage loan files after the closing date. This role involves reviewing loan documents, verifying information, and providing support to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all loans meet regulatory and investor guidelines including state and federal regulations. Communicate effectively with both the team and relevant parties.  Maintain accurate and up to date records.  Find ways to improve processes.  This is a remote position answering to the Director of Closing.
