About Us

We are a long-established, family-owned regional lender serving primarily the Parishes of St. Tammany, Washington, Tangipahoa and Livingston in Southeastern Louisiana. We specialize in subprime consumer installment loans and residential and commercial real estate loans — and we originate and service our loans in-house. We focus on long-term customer relationships, not quotas.

What You’ll Do

• Work with borrowers to originate and close residential and commercial mortgage loans
• Build and maintain referral networks (realtors, builders, local partners)
• Match clients with appropriate loan products, including subprime options
• Ensure full compliance with all lending regulations
• Represent our brand in the community with professionalism and care

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a mortgage loan officer or originator (subprime experience a plus)
• Active Louisiana MLO license required
• Willingness to obtain Mississippi MLO license is a plus
• Knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting, and closing procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills and a goal-oriented mindset

Compensation

• Base salary plus commission and quarterly bonuses
