Montessori Toddler Lead Guide

Stepping Stones Montessori in East Lansing is looking for a Lead Toddler Teacher.

Qualifications include strong communication skills, a positive attitude, good organizational skills, and the ability to work well with a team. Candidates must either have or be willing to receive their CPR, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens training.

The Lead Toddler Teacher candidate should possess a Montessori AMS credential or a degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development,  and have experience with toddler age students.

Lead Toddler Teacher Duties include:

-Planning and implementing daily Montessori lesson plans

-Communication with parents via daily activity reports

-Organization of classroom

-Supervising and training assistants

- Comply with all licensing regulations for the State of Michigan.

-Ability to work with children and their parents on toilet training.  

This position is for the hours 8-4pm.   Start date Jan. 2 or earlier.
