Event/Nightclub Bartender

Wanted!  Nightclub Model/Bartender for multiple busy nightclub/event venues.  This is an excellent opportunity to join an extremely busy, popular nightlife group.  In addition to fast-paced nightclub bartending shifts, Special Event and high-end catered event shifts are available.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Responsible for beverage control, accurate pouring of product, general cleanliness of bar, and providing a quality of service that meets company expectations

• Must have experience in speed bartending, No one-handed bartending

• Comfortable in high-stress, loud music, and large capacity settings

• Prepare set-up appropriately at start of shift, including stock levels, fruit preparation

• Consistently check bar area for cleanliness and ensure that all necessary items are in place

• Ensure that all liquor items are stocked and ready to use

• Possess clear knowledge of all various liquors, beer, and wine

• Adherence to inventory controls and auditing of registers at any time

• Notify management of Member/Guest complaints at the time they occur

• Work well under pressure, coordinating multiple tasks at any given time

• Comfortable in nightclub attire

• Experience working Weddings, Filmings, and High-End Catered Events is a PLUS.

EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:

• Proficient in various POS systems and time clocks

• RBS Training certificate or completion within 30 days of employment

• 21+ years of age

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• 4+ years in the nightlife industry

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

• Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
