Job Summary:
As a District Sales Manager
within Ermi, you will be responsible for managing a team of Market
Managers within a designated geographical area and achieving sales
targets for our devices. You
will work closely with the sales team to provide coaching and
training and develop and
implement a sales plan that aligns with the company's overall
goals and objectives.
Essential Functions/Job Duties:
· Manage and lead a team of Market Managers to
achieve sales targets within their
respective territories
· Conduct regular sales meetings with the sales
team to review performance, provide
feedback, and discuss strategies to improve sales
· Provide coaching and training to the sales
team to improve their product knowledge,
selling skills, and customer engagement
· Build and maintain relationships with key
customers, including orthopedic surgeons,
physical therapists, hospitals, and healthcare facilities, to
increase sales and promote our
devices
· Collaborate with marketing and product
development teams to provide input on new
product development, and promotional campaigns
· Conduct market research and analyze sales
data to identify trends, opportunities, and
potential areas for growth
· Ensure compliance with company policies and
procedures, including reporting and
expense management
· Hold all direct reports accountable to the
company's minimum standard requirements.

the products, with the ability to
communicate benefits and features to customers.

Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or
a related field
· 5+ years of experience in medical device
sales, with a focus on orthopedic devices
· 2+ years of experience in a sales management
or leadership role
· Strong leadership and management skills, with
the ability to motivate and coach a sales
team to achieve goals
· Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to build and maintain
relationships with key customers
· Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data,
identify trends, and develop strategies to
improve sales performance
· Understanding of healthcare regulations and
compliance requirements
· Ability to travel within the designated
geographic area as needed
