Mid Level Project Manager

We are seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager to manage cybersecurity and IT projects across both client engagements and internal initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules and deliverables, and ensuring all projects align with strategic business goals and compliance requirements. This is a hybrid role in Charlotte, NC.

This position offers exposure to a wide range of security and IT initiatives — from technology modernization and compliance programs to penetration testing, risk assessments, and infrastructure improvements.

• Manage the full project lifecycle for cybersecurity and IT initiatives — from planning and execution to delivery and closure.

• Oversee internal improvement projects and client-facing engagements across multiple workstreams.

• Coordinate tasks, resources, and deliverables between technical teams, leadership, and clients.

• Develop project plans, track milestones, and manage risks and dependencies.

• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.

• Support proposal efforts and contribute to scope, budget, and schedule development.

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and client policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2–4 years of experience managing technology, cybersecurity, or IT consulting projects.

• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

• Experience using tools like Monday.com, Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, CMMC) a plus.

• PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification preferred but not required.
