Merchandiser – Full Time

$17 - $25.50 an Hour

Base Pay will be commensurate with the level of Beverage Distribution Experience

Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm;  Overtime required

Job Description: 

This position is responsible for stocking, merchandising, rotation, displays and inventory counts.  This is a front-line role servicing our retailers. Merchandisers are responsible for working as a team to make sure all accounts are serviced in a timely manner.

Job Duties:

·         Reports to Merchandiser Trainer each morning for assignments

·         Inspect vehicle condition (i.e. body damage, tires, fluids, safety issues, etc.) prior to leaving daily.  Any issues should be noted to Merchandiser Trainer, Supervisor or Manager

·         Maintain a working relationship with the owners, managers and employees of all your accounts

·         Visit assigned stores daily to breakdown truck and work back stock to stock displays, shelves, coolers and bunkers with all brands and packages sold by the company

·         Rotate stock per procedures on expiration dating - FIFO

·         Where required build displays-install or distribute promotional materials

·         Assist with cooler resets as directed by Sales Manager

Want to be considered for this role? Must meet the following requirement:

·         Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

·         Have at least a year of driving experience

·         High School Graduate or Equivalent Certificate

·         Great work ethic and a team player

·         Great time management

·         Great communication and math skills

Physical requirements:

·         Must be able to lift at least 50lbs repetitively
