Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LPCC, IMFT, LISW)

Cultivate Counseling and Consulting is pleased to announce that we are expanding our private practice and are interested in hiring a licensed mental health provider at our Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, location. We are interested in qualified candidates that are licensed, and/or able to practice independently without supervision, (LPC, LPCC, LISW, IMFT).  We provide virtual and in-person sessions. Priority will be given to applicants with interest and experience in couples therapy and child/adolescent therapy. We provide all scheduling, billing, and marketing support, as we want to ensure the focus is on client service and not administrative duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Active license in the state of Ohio

• At least 1 year of experience in the field

• Perform individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, or other therapy within the scope of practice

• Promote oneself and the practice within the community

• Maintain documentation congruent with managed care standards

• Refer clients, or family members to community resources or to specialists, as necessary

• Passion for a positive approach toward client care/commitment to the highest level of quality client customer service

• Minimum availability of 15 hours per week (can be a combination of days, evenings, and weekends)

Hours needed:

• M-F; variable

Required education:

• Master’s in Social Work- LISW

• Master’s in Counseling-  LPC/LPCC

• Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy- LIMFT
