Mental Health therapist

Always A Way is seeking a Mental health therapist to join our clinic's team! Our growing clinic serves a diverse population of both adults and children with mental health and developmental disabilities. Qualified applicants must be licensed in the state of Idaho and must have one of the following credentials: LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LAMFT, LMFT. The position entails individual and family therapy, conducting diagnostic assessments, and collaborating with our clinical team. The successful candidate will be a team player and understand the concept of working as a collaborative member of a team to give the client the best possible care. The position has the option of being part or full-time based on your preferred caseload size. The ideal applicant must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong ethical foundation, be able to pass a criminal background check, and be able to assimilate into a team of dedicated professionals. For therapists who work with Children play therapy supervision and training will be provided.

Wages are based on experience. The position can be contract or W2 employment.
