Mental Health Technician Southside PHP

POSITION SUMMARY

Primary responsibility includes monitoring and implementing therapeutic programming in the Partial Hospital Program.  Provides support and assist treatment team in quality patient care and facilitates family participation in treatment. Appropriately support and implement Center’s Treatment Philosophy of Dignity, Respect and Understanding when caring for the patient. Must demonstrate initiative, care and attitude conducive to effective functioning for the therapeutic milieu and program operations. Expected to learn the basic knowledge and skills for Collaborative Problem Solving.

EDUCATION/TRAINING EXPERIENCE

HS diploma or GED

Six months related experience

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

First Aide, CPR
