Join Our Team as a Member Services Representative IV!

Are you passionate about helping people and guiding them through their financial journey? Forest Area FCU is seeking a Member Services Representative IV to provide top-notch service to our members while assisting with loans, accounts, and financial solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Communicate regularly with members via phone and online platforms.

• Handle everyday transactions—debit disputes, wire transfers, stop payments, and more.

• Open personal, business, HSA, IRA accounts and assist with loan applications and closings.

• Offer financial counseling and recommend products to meet members’ needs.

• Support the Lending department with administrative tasks and documentation.

• Cross-sell loans, accounts, and other services while staying up-to-date on products.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of related experience.

• Two-year degree or specialized certification/training preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and problem-solving ability.

• Proficiency with banking systems and technology.
