Member Service Rep I

Essential Functions:

• Build a trusting relationship with our members
• Receive and process member financial transactions
• Balance Cash drawer and transactions
• Verify accruacy of transaction records
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and services
• Perform variety of miscellaneous tasks including filing, copying, data input, and answering the telephone

Experience and Education;

• One to twelve months of similar or related experience
• A high school education or GED
• General office equipment skiils-calculator, computer, telephone, etc.
