In this role, you'll be the heart of our front office, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Be a phone whiz! Answer calls with a smile, schedule appointments efficiently (even during high volume), and manage patient flow.
- Become an account pro! Create and maintain accurate patient accounts, handle insurance verification, and ensure timely collections.
- Streamline the patient journey! Assist with check-in/out, prepare the clinic for the day, and process point-of-service collections.
- Master the tech! Be comfortable learning and using various software programs like EMR, EPIC, Outlook, and Phreesia.
- Go the extra mile! Utilize your critical thinking skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication to excel in a multitasking environment. (Bonus points for being bilingual in Spanish!)
Qualifications:
- While an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus, we value your skills and experience above all!
- Professional references are a must.
- You have a passion for exceptional customer service and a knack for keeping things organized.
- You can juggle multiple tasks with a smile, even under pressure.
- Prior medical experience is a perk, but strong learners are highly encouraged to apply!
