2nd Shift Nursing Supervisor - Full Time

Introduction:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Assistant/LPN to join our team and provide high-quality care to our residents. The Medical Assistant/LPN will assess residents' health needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• • Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspect of nursing
  • The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
  • Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
  • Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs
  • Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders
  • Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications
  • Administers medications
  • Documents treatment as required
  • Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner
  • Others duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.

Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team

Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization

Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in senior living

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
