Member Support Center Rep(bilingual Spanish preferred)
Connections Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Support Center Representative to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
As a Member Support Center Representative, you will assist members and potential members with their telephone requests; explains services, responds to problems, and directs phone calls to the appropriate area. Member Support Center Representatives will also be required to identify cross-selling opportunities for additional services to members.
Qualifications:
· Bilingual in Spanish is preferred-but not required
· High School Graduate or GED
· Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Exceptional listening skills
· Confidence to sell over the phone
· Ability to demonstrate confidentiality in regards to member accounts
· Must be bondable
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Salary: $16.00-19.50 hourly/DOE
