MEAT CUTTER

CANDIDATE:

* NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO CUT AND WRAP MEAT. AS WELL CLEAN AND CLOSE THE MARKET AT NIGHT.

* NEEDS TO HAVE 1 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE OF HANDLING SAWS, GRINDER TENDERIZER, AND KNIVES.

Responsibilities:

• Cutting and cleaning the Market, including cleaning equipment, mopping, and putting up freight., 

• Prepared the meat to the highest standards, including adhering to food safety guidelines and maintaining cleanliness in the Market

• Monitor inventory, and supplies as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including adhering to cleaning schedules and safety protocols

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience at handling meat, and equipment

• Proficiency with the job equipment and food safety guidelines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
