**Ayurvedic Massage Therapist Position at Ayutherapy, Danville, CA**

**Position Overview:**  

We are seeking a professional Ayurvedic Massage Therapist who is committed to personal and client wellness. This role involves delivering specialized Ayurvedic treatments, including therapeutic massages, Shirodhara treatments, and other tailored holistic therapies. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic advocate of natural health practices with a desire to grow their expertise in Ayurveda under the mentorship of Vaidya Archana Rao, who brings over 26 years of experience to our practice.

**Key Responsibilities:**  

- Provide Ayurveda oil massages and Shirodhara treatments.  

- Perform customized Ayurvedic therapies according to client needs.  

- Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.  

- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in Ayurvedic practices.

**Qualifications:**  

- Valid California Massage Therapist License (preferred).  

- Experience in neuromuscular therapy, clinical sports massage, trigger point, myofascial, and lymphatic therapies is advantageous.  

- A keen interest in Ayurvedic healing; prior exposure is a plus. Comprehensive training will be provided.

**Preferred Experience:**  

- At least 5 years of massage therapy experience, with a strong intuitive sense of client needs.

**Working Hours:**  

- Seeking candidates available for 30-35 hours per week, across at least 4 days (ideally Wednesday-Saturday).

**Compensation and Benefits:**  

- Competitive hourly rate of $35-$60, including gratuities, as a W2 employee.  

- $1500 sign-on bonus after a 90-day introductory period.  

- Complimentary membership to our Ayurveda Wellness Club (valued at $375), available after 90 days.  

- A 20% discount on all services and products at Ayutherapy.
