Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

• Responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our lead generation programs. The candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the Ideal Market customer base, and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of Ideal Market firm. Responsible for looking at sales data, market trends, forecasts, and being strategic overall in their approach.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media.
• Acts as the lead in providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.
• Responsible for collecting relevant data and aggregating into a usable format, as well as providing recommendations to improve the effectiveness of campaigns and adjusting marketing plans as required.
• Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation.
• Create and execute lead generation programs.
• Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency.
• Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to Ideal Market guidelines.
• Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
• 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• High level of creativity and imagination
• Can handle many projects/assignments at the same time
• Work long hours- often that means early mornings, into the evening and on weekends.
