About the role: 

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a keen understanding of how to communicate the value of our services to potential and existing clients. This role involves developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and effectively promoting our brand in a competitive market. 

What you will do: 

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Create, plan, and execute marketing strategies that align with our business goals and target audience. 

  • Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging content for a variety of channels including social media, company website, email campaigns, and marketing materials. 

  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, contributing to brand awareness and recognition. 

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential customer needs, applying these insights to our marketing strategies. 

  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback. 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to generate leads and support sales efforts. Partner with external agencies/vendors when necessary. 

  • Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events such as trade shows, webinars, or conferences. 

  • Reporting: Regularly report on marketing campaign results and provide insights for improvements. 

 

What it takes to be successful: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • Minimum of 4 – 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the service industry. 

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and content marketing. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Proficiency in marketing software and CRM tools. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
