Marketing Representative
1. Ability to effectively communicate and educate others on the company’s services and capabilities. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Knowledge of marketing and sales/business development techniques. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor's Degree and three to five years of sales or marketing experience.
4. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
5. Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients on foot, vehicle, and public transportation.
6. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional weekend events.
7. Knowledge of commuting throughout your territory by foot, public transportation, or personal vehicle.
8. Due to the nature of the industry, many of our programs offer up to seven (7) day a week services. Accordingly, you may be asked to work weekends as part of your scheduled workweek.
Responsibilities
1. Educate the community regarding the company’s services and products within the Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island, and New Jersey. Applicable territories to be assigned to each marketer and schedule to be assigned in the retail execution system(Repsly).
2. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity and communicate with clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure quality and customer service.
3. Identify, initiate, and maintain business- to- business(B2B) and business- to- consumer(B2C) relationships in the community and territories assigned.
4. Prepare presentations and educational seminars/meetings for B2B and B2C relationships.
5. Establish a thorough understanding of the company’s print and digital materials/collateral and general information including but not limited to flyers, brochures, company policies, websites, and social media accounts.
6. Establish and maintain current and potential B2B and B2C relationships.
7. Regularly visit and inspect Theradynamics locations to ensure quality and proper communication with clinical and non-clinical staff.
8. Identify and resolve concerns of community relationships.
9. Begin and end each day by checking in and out of the retail execution system(Repsly).
10. Document each contact with a B2B or B2C representative in the retail execution system(Repsly) and maintain a variety of reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
11. Communicate new product, service opportunities,offerings, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
12. Develop and implement strategic marketing and business development campaigns to increase referrals.
13. Be familiar and up to date with all federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to HIPPA compliance and medical marketing.
14. Complete regular trainings and quarterly and annual compliance training via the company’s learning platform( Medbridge).
15. Be familiar with the latest industry trends.
16. Other duties as assigned.
