Our Vision:
Cobalt Management Services LLC, provides back-office administrative services for over 600 charitable projects worldwide. Our clients are either part of a Fiscal Sponsorship (a nonprofit organization that lends its tax-exempt 501(c)(3) status to select projects engaged in charitable activities to support their qualified mission(s)), or an individual 501(c)(3) entity. Cobalt oversees financial and administrative matters, which ensures best practices in compliance. More importantly, this allows the non-profits to avoid the hassles of running their own standalone nonprofit.
The role:
Cobalt Management Services LLC seeks a Marketing Intern in their Junior or Senior year of college. As a Marketing Intern, you will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives to enhance Cobalt's brand presence and drive engagement. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management, providing a strong foundation for your career.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Create and edit content for social media, blogs, and email newsletters.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.

Support website updates and maintenance, including SEO optimization.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Maintain and organize marketing assets in Dropbox.
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Strong writing and communication skills.

Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) is a plus.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
