Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who wants to "grow" with us here at the farm! 

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop ideas to drive traffic, increase exposure, improve, or create and increase brand awareness 
• Design and produce digital ads, and direct mail pieces with all photography and content
• Compose annual marketing calendar and weekly social calendar
• Develop and manage content for our marketing strategy
• Assist in preparation annual marketing/events plan/budget
• Design and produce all in-store branding, promotional opportunities, and signage by coordinating with department managers.
• Photograph events and/or work with photographer as well as contact vendors for marketing materials.
• Assist Events Coordinator in planning, organizing and execution of all events from start to finish
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
• Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferred in the retail industry
• Demonstrable experience marketing email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
• Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns on all major search engines
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Hootsuite, Creator Studio, Word Press, Canva
• Create skills with digital photography
• Event planning experience
• Must have strong work ethic, strong organizational skills and be a self-starter

Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, walk, stand, climb stairs, lift, speak and write in English
