Brief Job Description:
· Establish an overall marketing strategy for Zammitti & Gidaly Orthodontics that includes social media, digital marketing campaigns, internal promotions/referral program, etc.
· Manage all social media platforms. (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Etc.)
· Create a pool of internal pictures/videos of staff/doctors/patients to utilize on social media and other marketing tools.
· Create and manage internal and external marketing contests and giveaways.
· Work closely with the Leadership Team to produce and execute an annual advertising & marketing budget.
· Build relationships and maintain a positive rapport with top referring offices.
· Work with local community vendors to create a clear marketing platform that will promote growth for all Practice locations. Coordinate event giveaways and be physically present to promote the Zammitti & Gidaly Orthodontics brand.
· Track all marketing opportunities for efficiency sales and growth.
· Minimal travel will be required for events and Practice deliveries. (Mileage will be reimbursed.)
· Exhibit creativity to set the Practice apart from competitors.
· Collaborate with the Leadership Team and vendors to generate advertising creatives for promotions, contests, and internal patient information.
Qualifications:
· Bachelors Degree in Marketing or a related field.
· Preferred at least 2 years experience in a marketing role.
· Must have experience with Adobe Suite.
· Must be proficient in the office 365 platform and/or certain apps within the platform.
· Must be HIGHLY motivated, self-driven and reliable to work independently.
