As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Communications Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives that elevate our brand, drive business growth, and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
Position Summary
The Marketing Communications Manager will own the execution of strategic marketing and communications programs. This role requires a proven leader with experience in planning and managing marketing campaigns, overseeing third-party vendors and agencies, and implementing brand and messaging consistency across all platforms. Ideal candidates will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to ensure timely, effective, and on-brand marketing deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead marketing project and campaign management from concept to execution across channels (digital, print, events, etc.), aligning with overall business strategy and brand objectives.
· Develop and implement annual marketing communications plans that support company goals, drive lead generation, and reinforce brand equity.
· Collaborate with and manage external vendors and agencies, including creative, digital, PR, and event vendors, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
· Establish marketing budgets in alignment with business objectives; track expenditures and assess ROI of campaigns and initiatives.
· Oversee brand development and management, including evolution of corporate identity, creation of brand guidelines, and ensuring consistent application across all touchpoints.
· Drive the company’s tradeshow and event strategy, optimizing presence and investment for brand visibility and lead generation.
· Craft and supervise internal and external communications, including promotional content, press releases, executive messaging, and employee communications, with support from external PR resources as needed.
· Continuously assess performance metrics, providing insight and recommendations for improvement and innovation in marketing approaches.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
· 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing communications or brand management
· Proven track record managing cross-functional marketing projects and third-party vendors
· Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and digital marketing tools
· Excellent copywriting, messaging, and verbal communication skills
· Experience in budgeting and performance measurement
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in B2B or industrial services sectors
· Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
