Job Description:
Comprehensive Behavioral Health Associates, Inc. is seeking a motivated, self-driven individual to join our team as a Marketing & Case Management Specialist. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys both community outreach and making a difference through direct client services.
Please note: A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to drive regularly throughout Licking County and surrounding areas are required for this position. Travel is a key part of your daily responsibilities.
This position offers a unique pathway for growth:

Guaranteed 4 hours/day of marketing work to promote our behavioral health services.

As you build your own caseload, you can increase your hours up to 40 hours per week.

You’ll have 60 days to establish a caseload, with an ongoing requirement to see at least 3 clients per week.

Additional compensation is available for case management services based on the number of clients you serve.
Marketing Duties (4 hours/day, guaranteed):

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote behavioral health services.

Create engaging digital content (social media, email, website updates).

Track and analyze campaign performance for continuous improvement.

Build and maintain strong relationships within the community to expand service awareness.

Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver targeted marketing campaigns.

Travel to community partners, referral sources, and outreach events is expected daily.
Case Management Duties (Up to 36 additional hours/week, based on client caseload):

Manage a personal caseload of clients seeking behavioral health support.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Coordinate services and connect clients with resources.

Provide ongoing support and monitor client progress.

Maintain accurate documentation and case notes.

Advocate for client needs across systems and services.

Client visits may occur at various locations and will require travel throughout the region.

Experience in marketing or digital media (healthcare/behavioral health preferred).

Experience in case management, social services, or behavioral health (preferred but not required).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Self-starter comfortable working independently and remotely.

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel regularly.
