As a Marketing Associate, you will 

  • Support the development and implementation of epic brand campaigns across all TEALEAVES digital channels, including social media, website, and email

  • Coordinate marketing briefs and work with internal and external partners (iconic brands and designers) to execute marketing initiatives - including non-profits and especially UN Biodiversity, UN Development Program, and UN Women

  • Assist in the planning of online advertising through AI-enabled analysis

  • Review and report on the effectiveness and performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns

  • Manage social media accounts including conceiving, planning & activation

  • Assist in the day-to-day email marketing initiatives, including copy creation, scheduling, segmentation, A/B testing, and data analysis

  • Write and edit sophisticated and compelling copy for all marketing campaigns

  • Optimize landing page experiences and CX Design (customer journeys) to drive improved campaign efficiency with the Creative Department

  • Build, negotiate, and manage influencer proposals and relationships with Brand

  • Ensure the website is updated to reflect key products, categories, and events to drive business objectives and improve the conversion rate

  • Create and update promotional content including the homepage, campaign landing pages, collections, and PDPs

Qualifications


  • Successful completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field

  • Previous experience with email marketing using platforms such as Klaviyo

  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, or others outside of the Google suite

  • Copywriting and paid ads experience (analytics) are a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation range for candidates with no prior full-time experience to those with 2 - 3 years of work experience:  $64,000 to $78,000.

Start Date:

January/February 2024 (flexible)
