Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Experience & Service Excellence

• Lead by example in hospitality and guest satisfaction.

• Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

• Address guest concerns promptly and use feedback to improve service.

• Train and support staff in service standards.

• Support daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.

• Utilize POS analytics to assist in staffing and inventory decisions.

• Help track labor costs and sales trends to adjust operations as needed.

• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Act as Manager-on-Duty (MOD) when needed.

• Assist in hiring, training, and coaching staff.

• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.

• Support scheduling based on business needs and labor efficiency.

• Maintain clear communication between FOH and BOH teams.

• Use Slack and meetings to keep staff informed.

• Lead pre-shift meetings to align staff with daily goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or restaurant management.

• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer engagement.

• Ability to lead, motivate, and train staff effectively.

• Knowledge of POS systems, scheduling software, and labor cost management.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to handle high-volume service environments.

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
