Manager

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, hiring both FOH and BOH staff, opening and closing the store, training restaurant staff, creating schedules for work staff, managing inventory, running end of day reports, controlling labor costs, ordering, ensuring excellent guest relations, and managing day to day operations of the restaurant.  

Previous restaurant management experience is required.
