Managers play a multi-faceted role, positioned as part of the management team but also hands on with daily operations, training, and coaching team members. Our friendly shop features do-nuts, pastries, and kolaches, all made fresh daily. We serve a variety of beverage options, as well. Managers supervise staff members to ensure a top quality service experience for our guests.

You should be passionate about the industry, inspiring others, coaching, counseling, creating a profitable environment, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Our managers must maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and facility management.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the complete oversight of a single store including, but not limited to, P&L management and scheduling.
• Responsible for efficiency of operations, optimum food and labor costs, and minimizing waste.
• Ensure that Shipley standards for operations are met in the store.
• Inspect prep areas, kitchen utensils, and equipment to ensure sanitary standards are met in accordance with Shipley and local health department standards.
• Assist Front of House, Production, and Drive Thru where needed
• Must be able to regularly lift 25-50 lbs.
• Requires basic math and computer skills along with knowledge of store financials.
• Must be able to manage people and situations effectively.

Requirements

• Restaurant Manager or Shift Supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills, with a passion to serve our guests.
• Weekend and early morning availability.
