Responsibilities:
- Hospitality Servers are expected to have great customer service skills and follow proper alcohol awareness policies when applicable. Suite Servers make sure that buffets are set, filled, clean, and ready prior to use, warmers are on and hot, food par levels are maintained, buffet is clean and organized, utensils and condiments are filled and needs of customers are met or exceeded. 4-Top Servers are responsible for taking and fulfilling customer food and beverage orders and Point of Sale card handling. Duties include, but are not limited to, checking IDs to ensure customers’ legal ability to acquire alcoholic beverages, ensuring all attendees are wearing specified wristbands, maintaining knowledge of menu items and related offerings, and maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of designated work areas. Hospitality Servers must be at least 18 years of age.

- Abide by all terms of the PT employee handbook.
- Abide by all COVID-19 safety protocols and reporting requirements, as determined by the employer and municipal/governmental mandates in effect during the season. We reserve the right when necessary to schedule based on vaccination status.

Compensation:
- $9.00/hour + tips.
- Employees are responsible for complying with IRS rules regarding the reporting of tipped earnings.
Payroll is processed on a bi-weekly cycle running Sunday to Saturday. Paychecks are issued on alternating Fridays for the previously closed payroll cycle. Employee has the option to provide authorization to receive pay via direct deposit.
