Renault Resort and winery is a leader in the hospitality industry. Renault has an exciting opportunity available for the right individual.

Responsibilities:

Execution and direction of all aspects of service, catering procedures

Responsible to organize and set up the banquet dining room 

Able to understand and flawlessly execute every detail of a banquet event order

Supervise and train banquet service staff to perform at a high level

Entrusted to ensure one hundred percent customer satisfaction

Coordinate with all event vendors

Provide nightly reports to management

Excellent time management and communication skills

Reports directly to the Director of Catering
