FULL TIME JOB OPENING

BAVARIAN INN LODGE

            POSITION:  MAINTENANCE WORKER                                                              JOB LEVEL:  4

HOURS:         a.   FULL TIME:  5 days per week, 40 hours average per week, may vary in slow and busy

       seasons, more or less hours accordingly.   

b.   Earliest shift will start at 7:00 a.m., latest shift will end at 12:30 a.m.

                        c.   Weekdays, weekends, evenings, and some holidays.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Performs various repairs to ensure that the Lodge is maintained in good condition, including rooms, buildings, grounds, equipment, and furnishings.  Responsible for implementing preventative maintenance to minimize future problems and expenditures. Helps maintain security.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Preference placed on evening availability.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of experience in light repair and maintenance. 
• Ability to use/climb ladders, be on feet for a continuous length of time, bend, reach, stretch, and lift.
• Valid state driver’s license required.  Ability to drive lodge vehicles and be insured. 

UNIFORM: Charcoal work pants, silver-grey work shirt, black leather tie work shoes or boots with rubber soles, name tag.
