Maintenance Technician - The Apartment Gallery Contracting Services

The Apartment Gallery Contracting Services provides renovation and repair services to owners of rental properties in Central Pennsylvania.

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in troubleshooting, repair, and installation of electrical and plumbing fixtures, appliances, and associated components. Additional experience in drywall installation, painting, cabinetry installation, and general carpentry is preferred. EPA 608 Certification Type I and Type II along with familiarity with HVAC troubleshooting and repair are preferred.

The Maintenance Technician must be able to work flexible hours if needed and provide basic hand tools. The ability to use power tools safely is essential. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize and schedule work assignments according to project needs while ensuring a high level of work quality. The ability to work with confidential information is also required.

Responsibilities include participating in projects, maintaining company-owned equipment, applying safety standards, communicating effectively, and assisting other team members.

The successful candidate must be able to perform the essential physical qualifications, including the ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, lift heavy objects, and work in inclement weather.

A valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record and criminal background check is required.
