Job Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Technician | Construction you will:
🛠 Construction & Maintenance – Perform tasks
such as painting, drywall installation,
and general construction work.
🏗 Remodel & Build – Assist in the construction, remodeling, and upkeep of Cedar Community’s
facilities and equipment.
🔧 Ensure Safety & Quality – Follow safety protocols and maintain high-quality workmanship in all
projects.
Qualifications:
✔ 2-4 years of
experience in painting, drywall, and construction work.
✔ Strong attention to detail and
commitment to safety.
✔ Ability to work independently and as
part of a team.
