What You’ll Do
- Perform repairs and replace defective parts on equipment using hand and power tools
- Complete preventive maintenance to ensure building systems and medical equipment operate safely and efficiently
- Manage and respond to work orders, including lighting, plumbing, and general repairs
- Maintain building water systems such as softeners, Somat systems (HCC kitchen), and well pressure tanks
- Set up, test, and repair equipment including special tubs, hospital beds, and wheelchairs
- Help maintain a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- Perform other duties as assigned
✅ What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- One to two years of related maintenance experience preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic
