What You’ll Do

  • Perform repairs and replace defective parts on equipment using hand and power tools
  • Complete preventive maintenance to ensure building systems and medical equipment operate safely and efficiently
  • Manage and respond to work orders, including lighting, plumbing, and general repairs
  • Maintain building water systems such as softeners, Somat systems (HCC kitchen), and well pressure tanks
  • Set up, test, and repair equipment including special tubs, hospital beds, and wheelchairs
  • Help maintain a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • One to two years of related maintenance experience preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Valid Wisconsin driver’s license
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic
