Maintenance Technician

Aicota Health Care Center is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician.  The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of job tasks in the physical building and on the facility grounds.

Our team will use our talents and resources wisely, with honesty and integrity.  The Maintenance Technician is responsible for a variety of job tasks in the physical building and on the facility grounds. 

Typical job duties may involve but are not limited to:

• Performs minor repair of all building, plant operations systems and equipment.
• Repair and maintenance to resident furniture or equipment.
• Performs preventative maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis, nursing lift equipment, alarms, etc.
  
• Participates in the maintenance of safety alarm systems throughout the community.
• Coordinate major maintenance and repair with licensed contractors.
  

• May obtain estimates for supplies, repair parts; orders parts as needed.
