Role: Assists in Environmental Services Director (ESD) with the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services Department in maintaining the community. This is accomplished by taking into account Juniper Partner's philosophy, hallmarks, policies, and procedures as well as current federal, state, and local regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

Fulfills work orders in a timely manner for preventative maintenance include maintaining resident rooms by painting, wallpapering, deep cleaning, moving furniture, plumbing, electrical and mechanical repairs within own capabilities at the director for ESD

Follow established safety regulations, including fire protection, infection control, bloodborne pathogens, hazardous waste and quality assurance procedures.

Requirements:

A High School Diploma

Must be 21 years old with valid state driver's license with appropriate class (Required)

Previous Maintenance Experience (Preferred)

HVAC Certification (Preferred)
