Maintenance Team Member

Independence Health System, Inc., a skilled and residential care facility, is currently seeking a Maintenance Team Member to perform general maintenance duties including rough carpentry, painting and basic equipment and/or facility repairs.

Skills/Qualifications

-Basic knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing and electrical systems preferred.

-Must be able to be on-call per facility on-call schedule.

-Must be able to work flexible hours as job duties demand.

-Must be able to stand, crouch, climb and lift up to 50 lbs. to perform various types of manual labor.

-Strong knowledge in HVAC
