Maintenance Helper Person Needed

Structural Modular Innovations LLC (modular home manufacturer) is seeking to fill the position of Maintenance Helper at our manufacturing facility located in Strattanville, PA.

Essential Responsibilities:

~Facilities Maintenance experience.
~Welding experience.
~Tool repair experience.
~Inspect and perform building maintenance as needed.
~Inspect and perform maintenance of trailers/carriers for transporting modular homes.
~Work independently from instructions
~Take instructions and/or work as a team
~CDL & State Inspection is a plus.

Additional helpful skills include work on hydraulics, electrical or mechanical, general building, and equipment maintenance experience.

All work is done in-house.

Standard work week is Monday - Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
