Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Riverside, CA

Schedule: 2pm to 10:30pm 

Compensation: $28-$33/hr

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Maintenance Mechanic to join our operations team. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and facilities. Ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, with a strong focus on electrical troubleshooting and welding.

Job Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment; food manufacturing preferred

• Proficient in welding (regular and stainless steel)

• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

• Basic computer skills

Safety & Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds

• Regularly required to stand, use hands, reach, talk, and hear

• Frequently required to walk, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, crawl, and climb stairs/ladders

• Comfortable working in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
