Week Starts on Sunday (On 2 days, Off 2, On 3) Next week (Off 2 days, On 2, Off 3)

Works approximately 15 days a month with 8 hours of OT built into the regular schedule.

12-hour shifts

Candidates will have to come to our Melissa, TX office once to interview and take Ramsay Test. Those candidates that test well will be scheduled to interview with the hiring manager at the manufacturing plant.

Education and Experience: 

• Must possess one or more of the following degree/experience requirements:
  • Associates degree in an applicable technical discipline or equivalent combination of education.
  • 3 years of experience of related industrial troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair experience on conveyors, motors, including electrical repair.
• Internal applicants must receive their current BUL Endorsement.
• Satisfactory test scores on the Ramsey Test Protocol related to the job skills required for this position.

 
 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• Multi-craft/multi-skilled with expertise in electrical, electrical controls, mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic fabrication.
• Ability to work in multiple positions, including but not limited to kneeling, bending, crouching, elevated in lifts, for extended durations.
• Ability to work safely.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback for coaching.
• Ability to work various shifts.
