Maintenance Director Responsibility Highlights include:

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and perform and needed repair.
• Maintain, repair, or replace HVAC equipment.
• Painting of walls and trims.
• Performs various plumbing and electrical repairs and maintenance.
• Performs overall upkeep of grounds, sidewalks, and parking lots.

Maintenance Director Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates or Specialized degree and four years experience or 6 years experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• 2 years experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• EPA Proper Refrigerant Practices Certification preferred
• Valid Drivers license.
