We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Pettis County Assisted Living. This role is crucial in ensuring that our facilities are safe, functional, and conducive to providing high-quality care. The Maintenance Director will oversee all maintenance operations while collaborating with various departments to meet the needs of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and services as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory management.
- Ensure HVAC systems are functioning efficiently and effectively for resident comfort.
- Review schematics and plans for any new projects or renovations within the facility.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and building maintenance practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a diverse team.
