Maintenance Associate
A Maintenance Associate is responsible for the structural health of the property. This includes dock structure, plumbing, electrical and property maintenance concerns. The Maintenance Associate diagnoses issues, evaluates options, and provides solutions for their properties. Using their knowledge, skills, and resources they repair and maintain all property facilities.
The Maintenance Associate is responsible for the following:

Observing the state of the docks including loose boats and ropes

Observing safety and facility needs, such as loose decking and water leaks

Repairing and maintaining facilities including cabins, docks, and RV Sites

Researching and suggesting repair options to management

Suggesting third party contractors as necessary

Ensuring safety of team, guests, and other staff during work

Allocating time and resources across multiple properties and facilities

Communicating observations and concerns regarding the state of the property and equipment to other departments and management.
