Maintenance

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.

• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.

• Conduct preventive maintenance checks and keep accurate maintenance logs.

• Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, electrical wiring, HVAC units, and appliances as needed.

• Assist with painting, drywall repair, carpentry, and basic construction projects.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.

• Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in general maintenance or building engineering preferred (hospitality experience a plus).

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.

• Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
