Maintenance

Perform routine maintenance tasks on guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.

Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.

Conduct preventive maintenance checks and keep accurate maintenance logs.

Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, electrical wiring, HVAC units, and appliances as needed.

Assist with painting, drywall repair, carpentry, and basic construction projects.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.

Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Job Requirements

Previous experience in general maintenance or building engineering preferred (hospitality experience a plus).

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.

Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
